About Laura
I spent decades being exceptional at reading rooms, managing complex situations, and anticipating everyone’s needs but my own.
And I burnt out.
My own diagnosis changed that.
Now, I want to help you understand yourself and how you navigate the world, so that you can live an exquisitely integrated life with your uncommon senses.

Coaching was a natural evolution for me after working more than 25 years as an executive & personal assistant, specializing in supporting professionals and creatives in demanding industries, like entertainment and healthcare. My approach combines extensive interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of neurodivergence to promote growth, understanding, and success for my clients.
In 2023, I founded a Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group for my employer. In this role, I support neurodivergent colleagues and parents of neurodivergent children, working with human resources, leadership and corporate communications to promote neuro-inclusivity and address the unique challenges faced by caregivers of neurodivergent children.
I currently reside in Fairfield County, CT with my husband, adult stepson, two rescue dogs and the world’s most confident cat. My life-long passions include music & the arts, and deep-dive studies into human & animal behavior and communication, neuroscience, philosophy and history.
My Go-To Methods
of finding balance include spending time observing and appreciating nature from the comfort of my home in the woods, or listening to an eclectic mixture of carefully curated music to sing along with or dance to.
Since I also have Synesthesia,
music and other forms of art can evoke physical sensations for me that are quite amazing. This sensation is what inspired my business name and the sense of movement in my logo.
