During the free consultation, we will briefly discuss your struggles and goals and whether or not coaching can help you with your current needs.

If we decide to work together, we can then schedule our first session. You will receive a New Client Packet to complete before our first session.

Coaching fees are generally $150 per hour. We can discuss discount packages and sliding scale options during the consultation.
